Data Portfolio

WASC requires that all institutions undergoing accreditaton review prepare a prescribed set of basic descriptive data in standard form that address a range of common institutional characteristics including enrollments, listings of academic programs, number of faculty and staff employed, and other available fiscal, physical and information resources. The Data Portfolio is used by external reviewers to further understand the size and scope of the university and its programs. It also serves as a permanent campus repository for descriptive information abou the campus and the status of assessment of student learning outcomes throughout the institution.

A draft version of the required data tables is available in the DRAFT Appendix to the DRAFT Institutional Proposal. These tables will be updated when the final version is submitted to WASC in November 2009.
